


So I went a step further and made chicken stock from the bones. I made "dark" chicken stoack ala David Tanis in "A Platter of Figs." So easy that you wonder why you ever bought the stuff in a box!
Soup is on the menu for tonight! Chicken and Wild Rice.

ReplyDeleteMmmmmm . . . Anne and I just made soup from the Stock she and Daddy made from the Turkey at Thanksgiving. Mmmmmmm homemade stock is good!
